Can someone explain to me where it is in the shareholder's interest to not disclose DYL's bid. I mean no NDC signed, on release of this news (by DYL), SP has increase 10 percent to just under bid.

if JB did not let us know, would we have ever known of the bid.

it just doesn't make sense to not release this. Price sensitive? Yes, Definitely.

it concerns me that our board are not telling us anything. Are there other bids?
