wow - what a deal. you would be mad as a holder not to take that up. unless you just want to buy on market for less or mop up the instos shares over the next couple of months for around the same ¢'s.
I shouldn't be so sarcastic- they may pull a rabbit out of their hat yet and get the price moving quickly. The issue is the insto's will still just dump on good news to make a quick $. So it will damper price movement on any good news for the short term.
