Hi there Richard. I received my november bank statement today. The interest rate for an overdraft with
the farm management a/c I have with the NAB is 6.47%within limit and it is the same rate for over limit.
Rates for a term loan are usually less than overdraft so either VEN have got an extremely bad credit ràting
which I doubt or it sounds like there is something a bit strange about this loan.
I would have thought that they do have assets. If you thought that why would you be invested in them?
Isnt the gas reserves that they own an asset. I dont think what I am saying is crazy.
