I agree here, management are forward looking and for them to make the decision to debt fund rather than cr this is yet anither indication of the confidence they have. As a shareholder im very much pleased they went this route instead of diluting further. In the years ahead the loan is repaid and the cream comes back to sharehoders. With a well life of vali/odin 3-5 years is not substantial in the scheme of things. And to get the debt funding+presale of gas adds yet another level conviction to investors that this is a sure thing.
