Santos needs to agree to process the gas before the GSA can be finalised. Both Santos and Vintage want to get a good deal. It's not up to Vintage or its joint venture partners to finalise it.
Similarly, Vintage can't drill Cervantes without the environmental approvals. So, we are waiting for other parties to be quick
