Crazy talk that imo You'd rather us take a 15% dilution than pay ~$3-5m in interest over the next few years? VEN just got a loan (subject to pre-sales agreement) with no income, some undeveloped projects and a few offices chairs as assets. It's a great result for shareholders I think.
