    I agree, the VIP launch has turned into a pre-registration. If the approvals had been granted I think they would have been disclosed in the ANN. It looks as though they are still waiting on them and once granted the VIP will basically be a round 2 beta testing phase to ensure the revised software and backend works and complies to the legislation. More patience needed.
