My suspicions are that those fkers that are trying to sue us know that the lawsuit is frivolous and they are forcing people to sell into them on market so they can still get their position.

Think about it, if they really had made a deal for 10% of the company, then there would at bare minimum be some kind of email trail stating the intention of the deal.
