That's the theory behind the spin-out. It has appreciated from the 16c placement though, a 21c base is +30%. Not as much as what we here consider "fair value"!
And the researchers at investment banks know that the spin-out is happening, so the question of "what is FFX, lithium or gold?" is already answered.
