SPL is currently ranked in the ASX at number 541 by market cap.

Inclusion or exclusion from the ASX300 is based, among other criteria, on the average daily market cap over the previous six months. Even adding a generous 30% to SPL's current market cap (to approximately allow for the decline in SPL's SP) would only take SPL up to approx 450 in the rankings. So, it does appear that SPL will probably be removed from the S&P ASX300 in the next rebalance in March, unless the SP increases substantially before then.

I think that SPL might currently be ranked at number 1 for frequency of ASX requests for supplementary info. As I said previously in relation to the recent performance rights, "they just can't seem to stop doing it".
