The odds of it getting hold of AGL are pretty remote.
For what it is worth:
IWL has just done an analysis of the ALN/AGL saga and has come to the above conclusion and now has a sell on ALN.
I ditched it today and bought some more WPL (cum div) ... better to hitch one's fortunes to the rising sun rather than the setting sun.
Hope ALN comes good for you if you continue to hold.
