This gives a hint as to what's in the DOCA.
And this is the only date I've seen in any announcement.
So the DOCA conditions, whatever they are - most likely recapitalisation and share consolidation, trigger the relisting, VO purchase and cash injection, and a new SPP after the VO purchase. If anyone wants to know the details they can get them for $42 on the ASIC website.
