After reading it again this stood out to me,
"Subject to a number of conditions precedent associated with the effectuation of the Deed of Company
Arrangement (DOCA) and relisting on the ASX, the quantum of the stake will be no less than 14.7% of
the issued capital in SAS at an issue price of A$0.20 following the Company’s DOCA being effectuated
and prior to the Company raising funds under a prospectus."
Firstly, the fact that Virgin Orbit is willing to throw money at this astounds me, surely Meir cant convince even more people?
Secondly, how could they possibly even have a chance of being listed on the market again?
This company really is a rollercoaster and I took my emotions out of it long ago, that being said I am sitting here quite confused and am intrigued to see how this plays out. Is it a quick way to enter the ASX for VO? Is the original objective of the company still going ahead?
