VMM could have been a stand alone miner but as I said before they realised to maximise their return on investment they teamed up with IXR to use their IP magnet recycling and rare earth separation and refining technology.

The JV agreement will be the best thing both companies ever did and it will allow them to compete downstream with China. Huge grants and funding for manufacturing companies as opposed to just stand alone miners. It was only less than 6 months ago I said investors were literally giving away this company for pittance and it was undervalued, investors were selling out at 18 cents (due to nothing more than fear, fundamentals were always amazing and we were always going to re-rate over the long term, I am not one bit surprised as to where our share price is today).
