This is a Viridion JV centric announcement @wumpyr, its basically setting the JV up for the future, which will be mostly going to be funded by the government so VMM will pretty much get a free ride with massive upside in the future with minimal outlay, what more can you want?
The MREC pilot plant that you are talking about is already happening and will be discussed more once the funds from FINEP & BNDES have been allocated. In May, VMM announced a collaboration with the university in Pocos De Caldas for exactly what you are talking about. We all know FINEP & BNDES funding allocation announcements are less than 2 weeks away so a little patience is key. The main thing to take away here is VMM have all their duck in a row which is what you want.
