* If the VMM MRE is bad, the performance shares won't be issued.
* If the VMM MRE is acceptable, as I expect, the performance shares will be issued. Therefore, the performance shares must be considered for valuation purposes. Plus there appear double the amount of cheap options compared to performance shares for the current MRE.
Whatever company you are a director of, I don't won't to invest in it.
