Of course they will.
Yes REE prices are lower at the moment, but people have to Ben ore forward looking as to what markets REE will sell into for the next 10-20 years. Defence, robotics, wind turbines, EV... these are mega monstrous markets that will continue to grow exponentially. REE prices will eventually go up again and miners will reap the rewards.
All this talk of prices low at the moment, so be it. It will turn and that's what the market will price in (see MEI, BRE, ARR)
