In this ann, VMM mentioned "heavily oversubscribed placement". Is that really true? If yes, than tell me where are all those shareholders who missed out & created huge demand for vmm shares? I didn't see much volume since this ann out. By now they should have jumped in & price should atleast return back to 1.8s by now. I hope I am missing something & managememt is correct.
