    Hello. REE supply chain requires refineries; not just VMM's concentrates. Building refineries to cost billions of dollars. The USA is bankrupt. First China stops selling REE, then stops buying USA govt bonds; USA implodes. Govt is not the sector to lead REE development. Govt is bureaucrats.
