Your proposition is nothing short of ridiculous. Stock change hands every day the market is open. Means nothing.
Any shareholders that have, as you say "voted with their feet" have been replaced with shareholders who have voted with their wallets. Add in those who bought at the recent cap raise and there are even more holders who can see what's going to happen here.
