I remember when the idea of internet shopping was first canvassed. Most swore it would never take off because of security/privacy/fraud etc. Many we're reluctant to purchase anything online, and those that did would only ever make small purchases to test the waters. Wow look how far we have now come. Same arguments are now being circulated re metaverse interactions etc. Human nature I guess but technology always seems to prevail in the long run.
