I think the reason is that some big boys are still accumulating and are keeping the lid on the share price.
If it was a serious seller then we should see more downward movement in my opinion.
It's annoying but CEL keeps coming up with great drilling results so it will have to break out one day in my opinion.
And this could happen any time with the number of rigs that are drilling this resource out.
