Good one.
I like the focus on mtor, I like less the idea that current mtor drugs ended up being dissapointing and the cancer became resistant quite quickly.
In saying that, the market for Sirolimus and Everolimus is still around 2.5b per annum according to the PAA slides....so while perhaps dissapointing in their trials, ultimately still financially profitable. Let's hope our mtor out performs massively in cancer trials (and covid)...
