My feeling is that they were way too early to market with the concept, however it would take time to to land contracts. I think the full stop is in on the past and its to start all over again with a much more realistic run into a time when companies don't have a choice to sit and wait on taking up some form of reporting. Sounds like they have plenty of prospects 150+ Would well be worth the investment to get some lobby representation to government and a campaign to stop companies leaving their obligation to the death. As for the institutional participation, they have every opportunity to do so now at probably much better terms than they would have been offered. Lets watch the volume over the next few days.
