@Blythefan you have had wilful ignorance. You talked down the entire area as if it couldn't possibly be useful because of the quartz. Sadly you talked it down so much you scared LT holders out .....so there's now room for you to get in.
I guess you're going to "jump on the train" after all that flame-throwing? but you can't jump on the told ya so train because you didn't tell us anything useful at all.
Which no doubt you will buy in, without ever admitting you got it wrong.
