Why do you want them to concentrate on the court action over Cancet? I think being sued over its ownership is probably going to take a few more years and they may well lose it since they have admitted in the documents lodged with BC Courts in defence of the claim to having not made the final payment to the vendor by the due date. An anniversary payment I believe it was called. A paltry sum.
