Your guess is as good as mine. The shares in the new company will be what the market decides. I meant fair price, by what the management gives each shareholder at the moment. eg: 1 New share for 1 MTC held at the time or 1 New share for 1000 MTC shares held. That what I meant by fair. It is up to management if they even do it that way! They might instead, let us buy-in at a cheaper rate, which would suck, as people here have held these shares based on exposure to two different commodities. DYOR.
