Please correct me if I’m wrong.
Regards to the seven resolutions put forward to vote on at this General meeting.
There asking us shareholders to vote in favour off them to have
14,450,000 shares free.Again that’s 14million,450000thousand
as a performance base at a price of 6 cents.
Maybe there allowing for the share price to go down even further.All other companies give out bonuses backed on performance that increases the share price not the other way.
Also take particular notice of resolution 2
Now if this was at all fair you would suggest maybe 30 cents per share.

On the 24 July 2020 some shareholders paid the years high of 29 cents
How would they now feel giving out these performance bonuses ,with the share price down
over 50% since than.
If this goes through it will create much more dilution to the share price.
Even the independents expert report attached to the notice says it all,OPINION..NOT FAIR BUT reasonable.AND that is when the share price was way above what it is now.
THE market obviously did not like the proposed bonuses or the spin off of the lithium asset.Which incidentally I have worked out MTC holders will receive about one cent per share.
