Yep... Russell $ Gino or on over 250k each, then Russel’s wife gets significant payment for consultation as well, (it’s crazy for such a small company) and now they want another 10% of the company in performance rights...
The spin off of the lithium asset belongs to shareholders, However spinning it out adds very little value to shareholders, and this becomes another Opputunity for management to line their own pockets in another deal.. they are running the company like they own it 100% themselves... without a single care for other shareholders involved.
