PNX is starting to look as if it can become a successful...

PNX is starting to look as if it can become a successful mid-tier producer:gold first to finance Zn and base metals, so looking at the gold initially,the market seems to have overlooked the last announcement re visible gold.
Have a question though: this should be free milling and amenable to gravity separation ?....viz,different from the heap-leach scenario? No doubt a crusher/mill circuit would be needed prior to the heap leaching- much hinges on the met studies.
What ideas are out there?
Can any of the plant for gold recovery be used to produce a base metals concentrate to add to the early cash flow?
