Nor do you you stump (no pun intended) up a very large amount indeed of your own money.
Mgmt know what's there better than anyone. TK has staked personal millions and also his own reputation - he's not going to volunteer to take the helm unless he's certain that he'll end up looking good. So it follows that what they know is there must be better than average, and almost certainly better than good. In fact it's pretty much certain to be somewhere between good and bonanza.
Can't be long now until we find out.
