    I've just finished work and need to read the ann in its entirety.
    However, I am inclined to disagree.

    Two preliminary thoughts:
    * Punters cashing in on last Friday's sharp rise.
    * Capping the sp to accumulate while there is time. The flog currently at 49c has been appearing consistently for many weeks now.

    Even if the exercise price is 1.5x the VWAP, i really don't think that will matter when NST buys us out at upwards of $1 early next year.
    I'll need to look at the conditions of exercise as there may well be a 'zero cash' clause.

    I reserve the right to change my mind
