TheOptions will have an exercise price of 145% of the volume weight averageclosing price of
Sharesfor the 5 Trading Days prior to the date of the Meeting and an expiry date of 3years after the
date of this Meeting. The full terms of theOptions are set out in Schedule 1.
Current five day VWAP is 46.3c x 145% =Exercise price of 67.135c
I could find no mention of any “cashless”conversion.
After all the hard work Andy and the team has done over the past few years to bring us to this current stage, i'll be voting yes!
If they're exercising at that price it means we'll all be at least 50% better off!
