Current five day VWAP is 46.3c x 145% =Exercise price of 67.135c

I could find no mention of any “cashless”conversion.

After all the hard work Andy and the team has done over the past few years to bring us to this current stage, i'll be voting yes!
If they're exercising at that price it means we'll all be at least 50% better off!
