    Hi there Dolcevita,
Alex, has for at least the past year, talked about ultimately being a mid tier producer at around 150,000 ounces pa with a time frame of five years. He has also indicated that if Tarcoola can produce circa 50,000 ounces sooner rather than later, the targeted five year time frame could possibly be brought forward.

There is a high probability that Tarcoola has substantial bounties to offer in the short to medium term and that The Central Mill could be refurbished second half of 2024. With permits in place, the central Gawler mill could be in production by this time next year.

It is conceivable that Tarcoola could be earning around $1200 to $1400 per ounce which delivers before tax $60,000,000 to $70,000,000pa.
The big questions are when do they start construction of a mill at Tunkillia? and at what cost? and what will be the funding setup?
Most here would like to think that the funding for the mill will largely come from Tarcoola earnings. There might also be some debt raised and/or capital raisings to co fund the mill.

This scenario fits with the BGD's step by step progress plans and we could possibly see a Tunkilla mill under construction by late 2026 or during 2027.

What will be interesting is the potential for Tunkillia to process bulk low grade ore that would be supplemented by higher grade ore from Tarcoola and Area 191 and potentially other high grade deposits East of the shear zone at Tunkilla.

What will all this do for the SP? MRE upgrades at Tarcoola and Tunkilla will gradually boost the SP. However, the real kicker will be the mill refurbishment and processing of Tarcoola ore. If the Tarcoola strategy succeeds, the foundation for the companies success at Tunkilla will have been met.
Another thought is that Tunkilla will prove to be a low cost monster with considerable mine life and with high grade top up feed, the target of 150,000 ounces pa could be more like 180,000 to 200,000pa.

The Tunkilla/Tarcoola story is slowly unfolding and with low SOI and the likelihood of capital raisings being moderate, the future earnings per share will be something to behold.

    AIMO of course and speculative.

    Cheers
    Mulac1
