if you look closely at this, Blair (absolute weapon of a CEO & wonderful human) was awared a Long Term Incentive for achieving circa $24m in sales over a 3 year period..he has always transformed the company into being positive cash flow and EBITDA positive, 2 incredible milestones that he should be extremely proud of
He has also driven the share price from the low 6c range to where we are today in less than 18 months..remarkable
On a side note...I am going to create a GoFundMe page to raise money to Clone Blair Norfolk, get behind it gang!
