1 year results from the Trial came out on 18th January last year.
Vote for delisting scheduled for 10th January next year, right before 2nd year results are due.
Shouldn't they have tried to get the 2nd year trial results out first before considering any delisting.
These results could have significantly changed the market's support for the share price and to support a capital raising.
Definitely feels like a few major holders looking after themselves and probably mopping up all the cheap shares on offer.
Waslistz was a major holder when Updater delisted and the article below highlights, it's valuation got worse in private markets.
