Like anyone here, I would like the results to flow more readily because the charts are ripe. But frustration builds because of a conflict of goals. If we were honest, most people are temporary shareholders who buy and sell shares for capital gain. That's not the same as a firm's goal. From a firm's perspective, they are about combining their resources such as their land, their labour and their capital to remain viable as an ongoing concern. The firm's goals have priority over the individual who piggyback on their success.

I agree with your analysis. But as you said, we have predators waiting, and I would feel terribly pissed off if all this sideways movement is being used for accumulation by some tier one to then take us over paying peanuts.
