Just my opinion but I think it’s pretty clear this treatment is going to work and it’s just a matter of ticking boxes for approval now. This awesome level of treatment response is pretty much unheard of. It has big implications for our other drugs because we now have proof of concept. Obviously they also have to be proven and go through the trials, however, if you take the kidney example. It has been proven in human tissue and primate models. The way PYC works these drug’s up leaves a very narrow window for failure. I.e. a high probability of success. Feels like we are now just going through the motions for inevitable success. Maybe I’m too optimistic apologies if so.
