I think your post is far from being over optimistic. The only issue for me is that brokers (Mr Market) will find it hard to understand the process and approach that PYC take in their drug development and therefore the very serious prospect of achieving a successful outcome for all of their drug candidates.
My apologies if you're a broker reading this post, you may well have far more medical expertise than I have and be quietly buying up the stock for your clients.
