I would rather just hold my shares and wait it out, it is a long term play anyway. People lose patience easily and yet want to make multi-baggers... come on, be realistic. I will join the NO camp. The fact that its so called fair value is around $2.25 doesn't mean it couldn't hit 3 by the end of year. The offer is plainly opportunistic.
