Yep looks like price was a bit manipulated, one big player putting cap on share price can effect it somewhat. Without offer, share price probably should be about $2 but if Vitaco had Chinese backers via stake or other agreement it would be worth more, just a shame was done via takeover offer. I will hold and see what happens in next month or so. Better having a bid than no bid in my opionion, and if others truely find it too low there is slim possibly of another bidder. Barring that I'll probably just take the $2.25.
