    Anyone who bought Vitaco prior to Febuary is sitting on a loss, unless they averaged down far enough.
    Anyone who has bought after Feb-Mar will be looking at some sort of a capital gain. Essentially this means that anyone who is sitting on a capital gain will not have held the stock in excess of 12 months and will be ineligible for the 50% reduction in their CGT rate. Any Capital Gain will be at your marginal tax rate thus significantly reducing any Capital Gain made. SMSFs may be different.

    Either way you look at it, for me, it's yet another reason to vote NO!
