A lot of angst here and clearly a lot of relatively small holders - but I doubt that the 'no' vote has any chance of success because of instos holdings. So, 'retaliate first' . Directors, among other duties, are required to act in the best interests of ALL shareholders, even when this does not necessarily align with their own interests. If you don' t believe this to be the case, complain to ASIC -there is a complaint form on its website.
