There is a chance the implementation of the take over buying back all shares is sometime next year in the beginning of next financial year which for some shareholders will be holding the stock over 12 months already for tax purposes.. maybe Warren Buffet is right ..he once said if you have an IQ of 160 you dont need to that to be successful investor in stock market . Give 40 off it to someone else.. all you need is just emotional stability..
