Can't you see that it's a "Done Deal" for the Vit management? They have to pay $3.1m to the the Bidder if they fail to back the scheme or there is other competing bidders... (Refer to the scheme at clause 13.3 on page 49. Please correct me if I'm wrong). What a joke!
The management make the WHOLE thing so hard and complicated for small shareholders (mums and dads) to understand and reject this offer (72 page document with all the legal terms..) What a disgrace...
Also the SP will remain $2.12 until the deal is completed, while in the meantime the Big Cats are doing accumulation...
This needs to be investigated...
I will still vote "NO" however, not going to be manipulated by the management, very angry though.
