Sadly my guess is they fall into either one of two camps....
1. Punters who haven't read the scheme details hoping for a counter bid and quick 20% gamble.
2. Instos and other major players happy with a relatively safe 5-6% gain over 6 months....especially if you are making it safer by buying more YES votes. Virtuous circle.
