IMO I think the whole process from the time of IPO to the time of selling out cheap is disgraceful, the whole time is to keep the sp down to make the take-over looks attractive, I think management and the big boys knew before it's coming, just the small mums and dads got sacked in.
If the business is growing, I think it should be worth more than the 2.25 offerred price
