Next capital with 15% holdings voted yes, and majority of shares are held by banks ( esp. commbank) that have been manipulating the SP lately, good luck to those who vote No. Have you seen any banks turning down profit? It is just reality.
It is sad to see Vit go in such a short time. I expected this share to shoot above $3 after the release of financial results. I do hope it gets a higher bid. $312 mil is too cheap for this company, it deserves at least $700 mil at this stage.
