As for if the "No" vote gets up.... I think the profit & sales growth will take care of the share price, provided China doesn't implode spectacuarly/suddenly block its' imports. An existing key risk we know about already anyway.
As already mentioned, a trading halt to let people digest the offer would have been nice. The offer reads very opportunistic - but to play devils advocate, is there something VIT/SIIC know that we don't (regulatory block, incoming frivolous lawsuit?), that could turn this rubbish deal into a great one?
